1. Mention the parts of a business letter! Explain them shortly!
·      Parts of a business a letter :
1.      Letter Head
Contains the name of company, address of company, phone number, fax,website of company, logo of company etc.
2.      Date
 Contains date when the letter was written to notify the recipient.
3.      Inside address
Contains the full name and position, address and zip code of destination country.
4.      Salutation
Contains a salutation or  sign of respect the author.
5.      Body text
Contains :
·      Opening   (paragraph 1 on the picture 1)
·      The contents of the letter (paragraph 2-3 on the picture 1)
·      Closing (paragraph 4 on the picture 1)
6.      Complimentary Close
Contains a Complimentary Close
7.      Signature
The form of the author’s signature
8.      Typed name
      Contains the name and position of the author.
